Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Breathe, stretch, strengthen and relax. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for a while, come and experience the benefits of yoga during your pregnancy as your body blooms. Further develop your awareness of your changing body.

 

You and your baby
This is a chance to focus on you and your baby. We also practice techniques to provide you with tools that may help with the birthing process and beyond into the early stages of motherhood. Classes are small to ensure individual attention
and care.
